Project overview
The room this set was delivered into is finished with a full classic ceiling cornice, gilded wall panels and marble-effect pilaster inlays — a setting built for exactly this scale of furniture. The suite was upholstered in a champagne floral jacquard, trimmed in gold bullion fringe, over hand-carved black lacquer frames with gilded scrollwork detailing on every armrest and leg.
The photograph captures the set mid-delivery, with a stack of shrink-wrapped cushion covers still on the sofa — the last step before the final dressing and placement of the room.

Craft notes
This is hand-carved, not moulded — every scroll and floret on the frame is worked individually before gilding, which is what gives a royal-style set this depth under direct light. It's built to the same standard Midpoint applies to bedroom and dining furniture in the Classical Royal Furniture line.
